Final Week Of Cize
I honestly almost did not even write this post. I thought about how I could just fake it and write up some story about how the week went. Even crossed my mind to start making a post full of excuses about why this week never happened.
The final week of Cize never happened for me. I will be honest; I absolutely do not like doing workout videos with other people around. If they are doing the workout with me I feel a lot better. But, I refuse to do the workout alone with someone in the room even if they are not watching.
Cize For The Holidays
Since it was the holidays, Cory and I were at his parents’ house for a few days and then my parents’ house. I was able to get the third week of Cize done at his parents’ house. They had to go to the store so I took the opportunity of an empty house to workout. As for my mother’s house I did not get that opportunity.
I am really not a fan of working out at my moms house because there really isn’t much space. The floor isn’t all that level and it is cement. I already have bad joints I don’t need any more help. So, the workouts never happened.
The rest of that week I was off from work, but I still did nothing. I am not sure if I was just drained from a long year of changes and hard work. Or if I need to leave the excuses at the door and be real and say I just didn’t feel like doing anything.

Honest Review Of Cize
All in all I would say that regardless of my failure I think they are a great workout. If you are looking for something a little more fun that is all cardio I say go for it. These videos are going to hurt your brain and your ego a little bit. But, at the end of the day it is fun and it will make you sweat. But, I also know that cardio is not the end all be all of weight loss so I would’ve liked something in there more strength training like.
Where Do We Go After Cize
They do have a calendar that mashes together Cize and another one of their workouts which I might try later. But as for what I will be moving on to; I wanted a break from beach body for a little while. I used to follow blogilates in college and remember that I bought one of her workout programs. Before I bought that program I had followed her free monthly calendars and loved them so much!
Well, I had never gotten past two days of the program that I bought. Lucky for me though you get to have access for life! So enough of this rambling. The program is called PIIT 28 which stands for pilates intense interval training. She includes two challenges with it which is getting through the twenty eight days of workouts and an Instagram challenge. I am going to be doing both. I will be updating you weekly on the blog for the workouts so you know how I am doing. As well as posting the Instagram challenge on my Instagram if you want to follow along!
