Piit 28 part 2 was very eye opening for me. In the beginning I was having trouble keeping up with the workout. My wrists hurt from holding myself up and my heart couldn’t keep up. But, at the end of the day everything that challenges you changes you!
The second half was the exact same workouts. There was no change in what you were doing so I knew what I was walking into. However, I did find that the workouts weren’t as hard! I could hold myself up for longer. I could get through the forty five seconds with less breaks! It was actually starting to be fun for me to do these workouts.
Final Thoughts On Piit28
That being said my final review of this product. I think it is a great workout routine. Cassey keeps your heart racing while challenging your muscles. My biggest complaint on the whole thing is the videos. She gives you printables so you can do the workouts anywhere. I however don’t feel like I work as hard with print outs. I feel like I have to stop all the time and figure out the next move.
Videos can sometimes be hard to keep up with. But, they seem to work better for me because I don’t have to stop and grab the paper. With these videos though Cassey only does one round. You have to do four rounds of each workout. I found that I was giving myself longer breaks when I had to start the videos over. So, it was kind of like the print outs for me.

Piit28 VS BeachBody
The biggest difference between Piit28 and the beach body workouts is that there is no modifier. I try to not do the modifier in workouts. I always want to do my absolute best in every workout. But, most of the time because of my size and fitness level it is impossible. Cassey would occasionally show a modification for her moves. More times than not though you were expected to figure it out yourself.
As a whole I think this is a great workout routine. Maybe one day I will circle back around and try out her other two versions. Maybe she has heard our cries for more modification and longer videos to follow! You will see results regardless as long as you are sticking to the routine!
