Week Three Is A Favorite?
Even though I still have a week left of this workout program I will have to say week three is my absolute favorite week! The first four days you did the videos for all four dance routines you learned in the last two weeks. Then on the last few days you did only the cize it up portions of the workouts 3 times each. It has you do two dances each of those days and repeat three times through.
I would say this was my favorite week because there was a lot less frustration on my end. Like I said before I am an extreme perfectionist and very competitive. I am even competitive with myself so I expect great things! So, when I was learning these dance routines in the first two weeks I found myself getting very frustrated. They tell you in the videos to not get frustrated and just keep trying, but I just can’t help myself!
So this week since we were just doing the dances I had already worked on I did a lot better and wasn’t getting so frustrated with myself. Not to say I was perfect by any means because I had forgotten a little from the first week, but when you do it three times in a row you tend to get it down!
The Struggle Is Real In Week Three

My biggest struggle this week was just finding the time to get the workouts in. It was the week of Christmas and I was getting ready for the holiday. I was also getting ready to be off for a week from work so it was pretty busy. Then, we were gone from Friday until Tuesday and I really don’t like doing these workouts in front of other people.
I will make exceptions if they are doing the dances with me. Since it was the end of the week we were only doing the cize it up portions so my family did not know the dances. So, I found myself waiting for them to leave the house long enough for me to get the workouts done! Needless to say, I did get the workouts done and had a ton of fun doing them! I am looking forward to the last week of this workout routine!
