The End To Exercise?
I’m starting this off saying that I did in fact fail doing all six Cize work outs this week. This was a very crazy week and it just did not happen. The first dance this week was called full out. This was just a sneaky way to make me do some jumping jacks! There was just a whole lot of jumping in this workout. It wasn’t quite as technical as the second workout we did last week, but it was one of the hardest one physically we had done so far!
The End To My Knee?
I will tell every single one of you to not do these workouts without shoes. Which as a smart human you should know that anyways. I personally hate wearing shoes so I made the mistake of not wearing them on Monday. Well, all week my knee has been completely screwed up. Which has made it really hard to stick out these workouts. Right above my knee there is just this tightness and its pretty swollen.
The End Of My Sanity?
Anyways, the second workout this week which was called in the pocket was very frustrating for me. There is a ton of foot work in this dance and it just really confused me. On the first day I did this workout I did the Cize it up portion three times until I felt I had actually accomplished something! On the second day I did so much better and was a lot happier with myself. Even though there was still quite a bit of frustration in certain areas.

I was only able to get that one done twice. Ended up taking Wednesday off this week because my knee was bothering me. I was hoping it would start to feel better and that never happened. The work out didn’t happen Sunday because my mom, grandma, and niece came to visit me to see Christmas lights. Now that isn’t an excuse by any means because they came Saturday and I was still able to do my workout. However, while we were doing a ton of walking my grandma had some heart and breathing problems.
We ended up having to call the ambulance and taking her to the hospital. I was in the emergency room until 4am and on Sunday I didn’t get up until late, and spent the day entertaining my niece. This was included into this blog to be upfront because it is definitely proof that sometimes you really have to take a step back and tell yourself that this is a lifestyle and not a diet.
I know that I keep repeating this in a lot of posts, but I really believe that is one thing that really messes people up when they want to go down this path in life. Things are going to come up and you are going to miss your workouts and sometimes you are going to eat something you shouldn’t. Don’t spend the rest of the week beating yourself up and giving up because you just don’t think you can do it. Just keep pushing yourself and tell yourself you will do better the next week!
