Overview Of Cize
Shaun T makes a big statement when he says that Cize is the end to exercise with this workout program. The program is a dance work out that you will do 6 times a week for four weeks. They have several different calendars depending on where you are at in your fitness journey. They suggest that you do the very first workout video Crazy 8’s. From there you decide what calendar you want to do. I will say that these videos will challenge you physically and mentally, especially if you have never been a dancer like myself.
I picked this workout because I really felt like to kick start my weight loss again I needed a good couple of weeks of cardio and I just did not want to be stuck on a treadmill. After doing the Crazy 8 workout for the first time I was worn out physically, but I was able to pick up on the dance moves pretty quickly so I went with the advanced calendar. The only real difference between the advanced and the beginner is that you spend less days on one dance routine. I couldn’t see myself doing the same thing for 6 days in a row.
The Cize Routines
Honestly, I was feeling pretty confident after that first day, and let me tell you, this workout will take the confidence right out of you pretty quick. Crazy 8s was mostly a challenge on my body because I would get tired quickly. The 2nd routine You Got This was a huge challenge on my mind. I feel like there should’ve been a video in between these that was like medium complicated you know? This went from 0 to 100 really quick!
The first day Cory and I did that workout I was getting so angry at myself because secretly I am a perfectionist when it comes to most things, and I just could not get it down! When Shaun T is done teaching you the moves you do the portion that is called cize it up. Shaun T then plays the popular hit song and you go through the routine three times.
My Feelings On Week 1 Of Cize

Even though we were tired I made Cory do the Cize it up portion with me again because I just felt like I could do better! Now it wasn’t perfect, but I did even better on day 2 of that routine and that is what matters! I will admit to everyone now that I did miss day 6 of this week. Time slipped away from me this past weekend because Cory and I just weren’t at the house. When we were it was so late I just wanted to sleep. I am setting the goal this week to do all 6 workouts. Because I know that I won’t get the results that I want if I am not doing it exactly the way I am supposed to. So here is to week 2 of Cize and I am sure even harder dance routines!
